Fiona Valpy RYT teaches Zen yoga from her home-based studio. This hatha-based workout focuses on gently building both flexibility and strength for the body and mind. Suitable for all ages/abilities. Regular classes are taught in both French and English. Also Warrior Yoga classes for men. Classes cost 10 Euros per session. Private tuition also available, (30 Euros per 1.5 hour session).
